Customers may choose from four different subscription levels, the free service that allows small businesses to manage 3 clients, the $19.95 a month package where you can manage 25 clients, the $29.95 package for unlimited clients and unlimited invoicing or the $39.95 package for unlimited clients and invoicing, the ability to add one additional staff member to access the account and then add additional staff members for $10.00 more each month.
Last But Not Least: Xero
Customers can open a free account with Xero‘s free 30-day trial offer. With Xero, you can keep track of banking, invoices, and billing. You can automatically import and code each bank transaction, use add-ons for an extra fee which include e-commerce integration for billing and tracking online orders and payments, CRM to track proposals, bids and other deals, and accept payments from clients who wish to pay by credit card and pay pal. You can import information from old software or spreadsheets easily and track work hours. Xero offers three different packages, a $19.00 per month package to send three invoices and 20 bank statement lines each month, the $29.00 a month package offers unlimited invoicing and bank statement lines and the $39.00 package offers bank transactions involving the use of foreign currencies and unlimited bank reconciliation and invoicing.
FreshBooks and Xero both are easy to use. For the small or medium size business, Xero's e-commerce integration add-on for online stores and their CRM add on for tracking sales are great features. FreshBooks’ automatic payment reminders and great email billing system is a great way to save money because you no longer have to hire an accountant. Both are accessible by mobile phone, have free trial offers and are safe and secure ways to manage your business online.
